IL RISTORANTE TRUSSARDI ALLA SCALA IN FLORENCE


Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala will travel to Florence to celebrate Trussardi’s 100th anniversary of Italian excellence and to offer the city a unique haute cuisine experience.

Andrea Berton, the Executive Chef of Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala, created a special sampling menu of his recipes that will be an important part of Trussardi’s stellar centennial celebrations during Pitti Immagine Uomo 79.

On Thursday, January 13, between 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. (nonstop), at Stazione Leopolda, it will be possible to taste samples of Chef Berton’s dishes seated in the Trussardi 1911 fashion show area before or after visiting the 8 ½ exhibit of Fondazione Nicola Trussardi.

The sampling session is a sensorial voyage though the elements and techniques that have made the tradition and innovation of Italian cuisine famous around the globe. It is an occasion you won’t want to miss that will let you enter the Trussardi world and be a privileged spectator of a display of style and taste that harmoniously interprets the philosophy as well as the past and future, artisan workmanship, and experimentation of Trussardi Group.

Details about this gastronomic event – a unique occasion for discovering the cuisine of one of the world’s most famous contemporary chefs – will be provided starting in December when the new website of Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala will be launched (www.trussardiallascala.com).
