ITALY / BRAZIL DINNER
February 6 is a date you won’t want to miss at Il Ristorante Trussardi Alla Scala in Milan: Chef Andrea Berton will welcome Chef Alex Atala, of the D.O.M. restaurant in São Paulo (Brazil) for a special dinner organized in cooperation with Identità Golose, the international congress of haute cuisine where Berton and Atala are among the most eagerly awaited protagonists.
The two chefs have created an ITALY/BRAZIL menu which presents an innovative taste experience that spans the two continents in complete respect for their respective gastronomic traditions. The personal approaches of the two chefs intersect to launch a new integration of culture and food that overcomes the stereotypes of globalization and the rules of the local market and presents a new dialog between the culinary cultures of Italy and Brazil.

The evening is part of the “Dinners of Identità Golose” cycle that aims to introduce to Milan and the world the amazing food of internationally-renowned chefs from Italy and abroad who were specially invited to cook “on location”.
