“Total Black”: june according to the Ristorante Trussardi alla Scala

A colour that signified elegance and style, refined, minimal, striking, black is synonymous with design and evocative tones of luxury and excellence. Ristorante Trussardi alla Scala is dedicating the entire month of June to the “Total Black” with an exclusive tasting menu that features two famously black products: Trussardi Exclusive Selection Calvisius Caviar and Dom Pérignon. The precious eggs of the white sturgeon bred in Calvisano, in the province of Brescia, served on luxurious Russian pancakes called “Blinis”, treat the palate to a new gourmet trend that promotes the non-seasonal farming methods in caviar production and are able to dress dishes linked to traditional festivities such as those in spring and summer with its fresh and delicate taste, controlled richness and its fragrance. «This exquisite caviar – explains Roberto Conti, Chef of the Ristorante Trussardi alla Scala – caresses the palate involving the diner in a full experience of flavours and intensity that can be enjoyed all year round, without seasonal limitations».
