Taste of Milano 2016: Ristorante Trussardi celebrates its excellence

Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 May, at lunch and dinner, lovers of gourmet and traditional cuisine reinterpreted with a contemporary twist were treated to the menu proposed by chef Roberto Conti for Taste of Milano 2016. It was a short menu that featured some the finest Trussardi brand products: Trussardi “Exclusive Selection” Calvisius Caviar, Trussardi Selection Gradassi Centenaria Extravirgin Olive Oil, and Trussardi chocolates. Winning the approval of those present at the carnival of Milanese taste: “Prawn and pastrami dumpling, black olives, yuzu bouillabaisse and Calvisius Caviar – Trussardi Exclusive Selection”, “Free-range chicken breast, seaweed, champagne and black truffle”, “Mars – Tru” (savoury peanut mouse and Trussardi chocolates), and, the iconic dish, “Spaghetti with sea urchins and black pepper”«This year – explained Roberto Conti, Executive Chef of the Ristorante Trussardi alla Scala – the challenge was to repeat the success we had in 2015 with our Spaghetti, so that those who missed out last time have another chance to try it, and above all to offer dishes that entice the palate with fusions that appear bold but are comprehensible.
