Awarded by the 2009 Michelin Guide witn two stars,
Trussardi Alla Scala Ristorante, on the first floor of Palazzo Trussardi Alla
Scala, has established itself as a landmark of haute cuisine in Milan. After
six months of design and renovation of the furnishings, the menu and, in
general, the whole atmosphere, the restaurant of extremely high quality opened
in June 2006.
Thanks to the large windows, Trussardi Alla Scala
Ristorante looks on to the square of the same name: an extraordinary position
for the restaurant which is characterized by its red stucco walls, the wooden
flooring, the comfortable leather armchairs and the impeccable white table
settings.
The Menu, linked to the seasons, has dishes based
primarily on balanced and clean flavours thanks also to the most refined
cooking techniques and they include: Raw and cooked red prawns from Sicily,
crispy amaranth, “Taggiasca” olive oil, beetroot ice cream; “Risotto Milanese”
with golden calf sweetbreads; Saddle of venison with pumpkin mustard, smoky
whisky jelly and civet sauce; Warm sphere of chocolate with coffee cream and
chocolate ground.
The kitchen, a single block of steel, is a
technological gem with highly advanced equipment and is divided from the dining
room by a glass wall that allows a direct involvement of clients who, if they wish, can become the audience of the haute cuisine of Trussardi Alla Scala Ristorante.
The cellar is also open view and has a selection of more than 500 labels, including
the most prestigious, from all the most important wine-producing regions in the
world.

characterized by its contemporary notes and excellence: thanks to the choice of
the best raw materials and the expert use of ingredients, he creates

The restaurant is closed on Saturdays for lunch and on Sundays.
